On a dreary weekend in March, Matt, Tristan, and I traveled to Bristol, Virginia for the Virginia Creeper Marathon. The weather was miserable (rain and high 30’s) and Matt injured his ankle, but he still managed to finish in 9th place overall! He’s unbelievable! This was a very special marathon for him as he ran it to honor 2 very special people; our angel, Chase, and our very beautifl (and brand new at the time) niece Abby!
